    Weight loss patches made from green tea have no adverse side effects making them a better alternative compared to other products. A good example is ephedra used to induce weight loss. This substance however, found in green tea, can increase heart rates posing dangers to people with cardiovascular problems and other related complications.

    People with LDL, cholesterol that is bad for the body, will usually find green tea patches work better on them. This is because, weight loss patches of green tea enhance good cholesterol levels in the body while destroying the bad LDL cholesterol, enhancing body balance, good health and the overall well-being of the individual.

    - One of them is that they suppress appetites in a safe and natural way. A study conducted at the University of Chicago showed a 21% loss of body weight after rats were injected with green tea. A substance inside the green tea acted as a natural appetite-suppressant effectively starving off hunger in the rats.

    - The second way is that green tea patches help to boost the body’s metabolism. The high epigallocatechin gallate content of green tea allows them to be effective without any adverse side effects. Stimulant diet drugs however are harmful to people with heart complications and conditions like hypertension.
